The Badger Dance

Our badger was putting on a show for all the students at Accepted Students Day last week.

Then we had a free self-defense class taught by one of the students here who is a double black belt and has been training since he was very young.

Like he said "I pray you girls never need to use this, but if you end up in a situation I want you to be able to get out."

Spring Break

My friend and I went on spring break to Fort Lauderdale Florida. We ended up visiting three people who graduated last year and are now living there.

Class Outside!

In my Child Development class a few weeks back (as you can see by the snow) we went outside! We learned about the importance of getting children outdoors and played some fun games we could teach children when we work with them.

Pyramid Massage Program

These pictures are from Pyramid Massage came to give a demonstration at our school a few weeks back. I was hoping to get some more from others but I couldn't wait any longer. The school is working with Pyramid so that students can become massage certified and it would be an internship. This is a form of massage called "cupping" where they put fire in a cup and then suction it to your back. I had eight cups total on my back.

I Guess it's Okay.

My friend and I were on our way back to campus after a well enjoyed week long break. On our way back we stopped to get something to drink from a gas station. Well, they recently updated it so now they have a special milkshake machine and I wanted one. So what you do it remove a cup from the freeze (in the cup is ice cream) and you put it in this machine that adds milk and whips it. Well, i removed the lid and look at it and this is what it said:

Beautiful Day!!

Snow has melted and the grass is green. The landscape crew has been working to get the flower beds and trees taken care. Everything is looking to great!! Today was also SOOOOOO warm. :)

Today was the first time in a long time that I have seen this many people out on campus. Of course, the time I take this picture there is no one in it. Haha, go figure.
